Introduction to POCT: Grasp the basics and significance of Point of Care Testing.

Selection & Features: Dive deep into the selection criteria and features of various POCT devices.

Clinical Indications: Learn when and where POCT can be most beneficial.

Practical Demonstration: Engage in hands-on activities with (Your) POCT devices.

Safety First: Prioritize safety with an understanding of associated health considerations and risk assessments.

Training & Evaluation: How to train others and assess proficiency in POCT.

Clinical Governance: Delve into Standard Operating Procedures and the importance of regular audits.

Quality Control & Assurance: Familiarize yourself with quality standards, including the specifics of ISO 22870:2016 accreditation.

Our courses are delivered at one of our high-quality training centres, where you will benefit from the support and guidance of an experienced tutor.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Please note that access via a mobile phone is not permitted.

All of our courses are fully funded for individuals who are unemployed, subject to meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.

Some courses do require in-person attendance at one of our training centres; however, this is not necessary for all programmes. Details will be provided at the time of enrolment.

Both employed and unemployed individuals are welcome to apply, provided they meet the specified eligibility criteria.

You may enrol on one course at a time. However, you are welcome to complete multiple courses over time in support of your career goals. We are happy to offer information, advice, and guidance to help you choose the most suitable options.

Yes. All of our courses are accredited, and upon successful completion, you will receive a nationally recognised digital certificate. This supports our commitment to environmental sustainability.
