Course Modules
Please note, all our courses our offer mandatory units, that you will need to complete. With your Course Tutor, you will have a chance to select individual units, which are identified below.
In this unit, you will be able to identify personal skills, experience, achievements and abilities - and learn how they can be transferred in a NHS or healthcare working environment. You will produce a personal profile and able to identify areas for development.
In this unit, you will be able to identify and outline why it is important to prepare for an interview - identify important pieces of information required about an organisation before an interview. You will learn about body-language and dressing for interviews - and practice interview techniques in a one-to-one situation.
In this unit, you will be able to identify the importance of prioritisation skills in a healthcare workplace, and learn how to plan and prioritise tasks.
In this unit, you will learn what is meant by the term multi-cultural - and recognise the benefits of living and working in a multi-cultural society. You will also explore cultural differences and practices in the workplace.
In this unit, you will recognise the need to adjust communication to suit the situation and audience - and be able to use active listening techniques. You will also learn to recognise and understand the role of body language in communicating with others.

Our courses are delivered at one of our high-quality training centres, where you will benefit from the support and guidance of an experienced tutor.
You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Please note that access via a mobile phone is not permitted.
All of our courses are fully funded for individuals who are unemployed, subject to meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.
Some courses do require in-person attendance at one of our training centres; however, this is not necessary for all programmes. Details will be provided at the time of enrolment.
Both employed and unemployed individuals are welcome to apply, provided they meet the specified eligibility criteria.
You may enrol on one course at a time. However, you are welcome to complete multiple courses over time in support of your career goals. We are happy to offer information, advice, and guidance to help you choose the most suitable options.
Yes. All of our courses are accredited, and upon successful completion, you will receive a nationally recognised digital certificate. This supports our commitment to environmental sustainability.
